User Problems to Solve

  • Users do not know where to go to edit their information

  • All of the information is hidden behind obscure titles

  • There is currently too much explanation text on the manage account page and no actual functionality.

How We Are Solving Them

  • Rearranging all data into logical grouping

  • Showing all customer data in one screen with clear access to edit and/or add information from that same place

  • All adding and editing of data takes place in a lightbox so the user does not lose their sense of place.
