There is currently too much explanation text on the manage account page and no actual functionality.
How We Are Solving Them

Rearranging all data into logical grouping
-
Showing all customer data in one screen with clear access to edit and/or add information from that same place
-
All adding and editing of data takes place in a lightbox so the user does not lose their sense of place.
